Goal

Balay Kreative awarded 7 artists with grants to make their project happen in SOMA Pilipinas.

In collaboration with the Photo & Video Intern and the Content Writing Intern, we were tasked with creating blog posts, video interviews, and social media graphics to introduce the grantees and their projects to our audience.

Approach

With the internship advisor, the team of interns were able to schedule interviews with each of the grantees and the interns worked diligently on a three step basis.

The Photo & Video Intern met with the grantees and filmed and edited their interviews.
The Content Writing Intern transcribed the interviews and got them ready and formatted into a blog post for the website.
The Social Media — Content Creation Intern used both the video and transcriptions to create social media highlights for each grantee and scheduled each highight to be posted to the social media page.

Results

Through collaborating with the other interns, we were successfuly able to highlight each of the grantees.

Edits were made to my original template and each spotlight following due to a preference of the artist, but in the end the result was a colorful representation of who they are and a little about their experience with Balay Kreative and within their own respective art forms.

Each grantee expressed their gratitude to the team and were thankful for the opportunity to be highlighted.
