Goal

UNDISCOVERED SF is a high scale festival held annually in San Francisco in October. As part ofthe marketing team the goal is to promote the event and all components of it from the performers to the vendors.


Approach

Marketing began promotions in August and used a number of different campaigns to increase awareness of the event.

  • Meet the Team Campaign (Late September)

  • Instagram Reels (Early August to Date of Event)

  • Vendor and Performer Highlights (October)

Results

As a result of 2 months of social media campaigns promoting the event, we saw a huge attendance across our 6 different venues.

  • Over 6,00 atttendees

  • Highest grossing event ever with over $130K in sales to our small business vendors.

  • 7 team members, vendors, and performers highlighted on the Instagram page
